“Petri Pools is great. I love the customer service. They have done a good job of keeping us informed when they can't make it on time due to weather or other delays. The only negative thing I could say about them would be the cost has gone up since we've had them the last 5 years. I know we have some friends who use other companies, so they are competitive. If it continues, I'm not sure we could manage budget wise. We have stayed due to the customer service. We do know companies that our neighbors use are less. With prices going up, it's hard to stay. We love their customer service, but we have a budget to keep as well. We love Petri Pools.”
“We are disappointed with the final workmanship of the Peerless Pebble resurfacing in the pool. An 8 foot circle area of the surface in the deep end is lighter and very noticeable.”

“MIKE WAS THE GENTLMAN I WORKED WITH AND HE AND HIS CREW RESURFACED THE POOL AND INSTALLED MY PUMP. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND WAS OVER AND ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS WHICH ARE ALWAYS HIGH. I HAVE ALSO HAD THEM OUT FOR FILTER MAINT AND ONCE AGAIN THEY DID A GREAT JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THSI COMPANY. REGARDS RICHARD FULLER”

“The people who actually built the pool were great. Our initial contact with Chris Welch was great. The follow through by Rickey, the construction manager??, has been and continues to be poor. After construction there were minor issues that were resolved. However, the automation system and the draining spa have yet to be resolved.”

“The workers did great work, the tile work was done well, but there was residual grout left on my existing stone. Nothing major, but if cleaned when installed it would have looked perfect. Communication was an issue with the startup process as the worker was over booked. This was right after the winter storm, so understandable, but there was no courtesy when he was expected to be on site. Jeff and Mike were both available to me as needed and I discussed the concerns above for future references.”

“Pool cleaning service is outstanding... and very responsive in emergencies (right after the ice storm in February). My pool is 22 years old and looks great!”
“Our project was a pool and spa update. The pool was resurfaced, the coping and stone replaced, the equipment replaced, and the deck was resurfaced. Jason made excellent recommendations for the products used and was detailed in his explanation of the work to be done. Each phase was well planned and organized and executed without a problem. I highly recommend Petri Pools.”

“Still too early to tell, but based on the costs we are paying more than we used to pay for pool service using Petri and we are experiencing algae in the pool between services, which makes no sense. Petri did our pool remodel including equipment, so now that we are paying more I would expecting the pool to be at least similar to how our other company treated our pool”
“After a year and half of having my pool resurface the places starting cracking. Petripools said it was roots. I dug around were the cracks were and found no root. Also the weekly maintenance they performed was poor.”
“The replaster in the pool was splotchy and took considerable effort to diminish the appearance, but it never totally disappeared. The stonework around the outside of the spa has exposed gaps and is deteriorating. More recently, during the last winter storm, the pump for the pool cleaner froze and broke. Replacements were unavailable for several months, but instead of them keeping me informed, I had to continually call/email to find out the status.”

“Had pool lights out, sent technician out within the day. Ordered the parts and replaced but still not working, called electrician out on their dime and the very day had the lights repaired and cleaned site to look like they had never been there! Very friendly and communicative and responsive service!”
“They acid washed our pool as we requested. Reasonably priced. The acid didn’t fix the problem so they quoted our pool to refinish it. They didn’t follow up with us, or send anyone out to take us through the process. I then questioned their level of service commitment. Therefore, we called other pool companies and ended up going with a different company to refinish our pool.”
