“It's a nice unit. The only problem I had with it was when the lady came over to show me how and what to do and explained things. My shower drain was supposed to be where it was supposed to be. They moved it on me; that is the only disagreement I have with Jacuzzi.”

“As the property manager, I was in need of a roof replacement at a high end property in the Back Bay area of Boston. It was a complex roof replacement, as there are 22 hvac condensers and 2 decks with electric components. After receiving several proposals, we choose Capitol Construction for the roof replacement. Their proposal was very professional and through. I conducted several walk throughs with Capitol Cont. many that included other vendors(hvac/electricians) in order to have everyone coordinated. The roof replacement was done to a very high standard. We did several walkthroughs during the 5 weeks of work to ensure everything was being doe correctly.”

“We love our new walk-in shower. I didn't know what I was getting into when I called the number on the TV. We had a Jacuzzi rep come over and explain everything to us. We selected what we wanted for the shower. Our rep did not put any pressure on us to buy in. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the product and company. We decided to go ahead with Jacuzzi. Once they arrived everything happened, just like the rep said it would. The team worked very efficiently, very knowledgeable, and to my surprise, completed it that day! Did I say, we love our shower.”

“They didn't communicate with me on a couple of things. I got a lot of emails and phone calls but when I was waiting for someone there was no one there. I got to the location after traveling 2 hours and the supervisor did not show up. The crew was there but none of them spoke English. I found out that the supervisor had a meeting but I was never told. Also, the porta potty has yet to be removed.”
