“Sales team was great, office staff was helpful, but Brian and his team did not do a good job, at all. It was very very disappointing, if not for Marco and Rohan doing an outstanding job to fix the mistakes, there would likely have been a lawsuit.”

“Had some issues with a change order for an additional small project but Jessica and Tyler got right on it to rectify the situation. Kevin and Josimar did an excellent job cleaning up and making sure the gates was closed to keep our dogs safe. Unfortunately, there is snow and ice on the flat rubber roof so I can't go out and make sure they went up under the shingles but I am confident that Couto Construction will make good on any issues that come up.”

“3 only because there was a direct tv dish on roof since I bought the house 4 yrs ago and it blew off a coupe of weeks ago. It was hanging on the side of the house . I called court construction to come and take it off and no one ever came.”
“Sales rep whom came originally was phenomenal. Was always available and answered all concerns. The day if the job I was frustrated. I teleworked from home and someone knocked on my door. I stopped working to answer the door and there was no one there. I peaked out the door and the workers stared at me. I proceeded to kindly ask what was needed. No one answered just stared at me. I proceeded to wait until someone told me what they needed and eventually they began pointing. I had no idea what was needed so proceeded to go back to work. I was happy the job was done in 1 visit but the clean up was poor. I had 11 nails In my driveway. Not the grass where it could hide from your machines...my driveway. That included an old piece of wood from the roof that was left. I would advise in the future to remove the garbage same day as job to ensure everything was picked up nail wise too. When that was removed we found more nails. The gentleman came at the end of take the checks and the job was done. I was promised a certificate at the end of job for the warranty I purchased that way I had it when house is sold. Never received it. Still haven't received it. So my rating is a 3. I really am disappointed. ”
