“The office staff and my point of contact, Bryan Gutin have been wonderful. I am mostly happy with the work on our door replacements and also with the response to needing a repair on our door so soon after install. I'm disappointed that my door needs a lockset replacement as i don't think the person who installed it knew what he was doing (that person is no longer with the company) and also the locking mechanism is really quite faulty - which is an issue with the door maker than Graves Construction. I also asked about some repair on our front door with water getting in/weather stripping failing when Mr. Graves came to our house. He said he would look into it and I followed up during a phone call with Bryan, but never heard anything more about it. The whole reason I went with Graves construction for my other door replacements is due to the beautiful job they did installing that front door years ago.”
