“Wait time between signing of contract to actual installation was way too long. August , 2024 , signed contract to finish date March, 2025 Once they started setting dates to install there was always a delay. No shows, ex 4:00 pm appt, no show ,received a call at 8:30pm to say they won’t be here. Really, I canceled appts.to be here for them . Multiple calls to office , personnel tried to help, but scheduling was awful. I bought your product because I had Pella windows in my previous home in PA. You get 5 **** for your product, but no stars for getting work done in a timely fashion.”

“Lack of communication was a very big issue. Contractors showed up with wrong material. A 1 day job turned into a 4 day job. I was told I did not have to be home, but if I wasn't the wrong material would have been installed. Roofing contractors who came to inspect, had no idea why they were even here. Then took ladders and slammed them on my brand new gutters. A supervisor had to come here and babysit them while they worked.”
“This rating is for the installation of the siding. The door installation was perfect. The quality of the product was above average. The service provided was average at best, but the pricing was significantly higher. We were promised “5 star” service multiple times and generally received 3 star.”
“We have had repeated problems getting our security sensors to stick to the window frames and most of our mini blinds had to be rehung because the new windows are deeper than the old ones. This has not been easy since all of the brackets had to be redrilled. These issues may have been obvious to your staff however we were quite unpleasantly surprised. Finally, we were quoted one price and strongly encouraged to sign right away only to find that the final price was almost $1,000.00 more. Again we were “strongly” encouraged to sign a new contract to get the “special” prices. This happened with both the project manager and the Quality Inspector.”

“One of Power's salespeople did a cold call at our house, so we decided to get an estimate. The salesman who came to show us everything was absolutely wonderful. He was great. We bought 18 windows and 3 doors.”
