“Power replaced most of the windows in our house 15 months ago. They made a huge difference in our summer air conditioning bill. I saw one of their representatives at the local HEB and told him how pleased we were. I agreed to have them come out to quote for their “energy sphere” radiant heat barrier for the attic as well as our two sidelight windows by the front door as well as our two garage windows. Power sent its team out for the energy sphere and the installers were polite, worked quickly and did a phenomenal job. Once the 4 windows were custom made, they came and put the windows in very quickly. Again the installers were polite, did a thorough complete job quickly with a phenomenal clean up job. Last night it was in the 30’s but my garage was pleasantly warm (about 65 degrees). With the sidelights installed we notice a significant drop in outside noise. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling if you need new windows, doors, or to save on your heating and cooling costs!”

“I was very disappointed how the contractors handled my cameras and light fixtures they removed. I found the cameras thrown to the ground, scattered about with the discarded siding materials. The screws were missing and wires were not disconnected properly. They were snatched and the wires torn. My video installer said the damage was not repairable, they had to be replaced. The same with the light fixtures thrown to the ground, Installing back to original condition should have been $75 for 3 lights and $150 for the cameras ($225) total. Instead I was out of $467.00 for (3) cameras, wiring and lights and labor. I was very disappointed to say the least.”

“The workers are very friendly. When we call them there is always someone that answers not just a machine. That is a super plus in my book. The price is a bit high but its the lifetime warrenty that we are paying for. The workers come on time and work hard. They will schedule a date to come fix things when needed but it will take some time, but that is to be expected. Can't even make a dental/doctor appointment within 4 months time so we are not peeved that it does take them some time to come around. Their windows don't seem to be up to standards at the moment but their sidings and gutters are great. The doors are 50/50. One is great and the other has draft and paint peeling issues.”

I have been calling the Power Office for 4 days because the team that completed my siding left a mess, but to no avail has anyone picked up the material left behind on my lawn. It's the holiday and I am having company tomorrow. I'm being inconvenienced and want the material removed immediately.”

“One of the windows has bubbles in the trim. I question it to the installer he told me I’d have to call the manufacturer.. I paid you to install them. You’re gonna handle it and you’re gonna fix it. Also, when the windows were installed, there was a large gap around the windows. Nothing was put in it besides a little piece of plastic. How’s that supposed to keep the cold temperatures out? I want to speak to somebody immediately about this. I didn’t pay over $10,000 for windows for this. I am highly disappointed.”

“From my perspective, the installation went fine. There were several things said up to the installation date that did not end up being true. I am having to spend a few thousand more dollars to get things back to the way they were. The custom shape of the frame and things that were not adequately communicated are causing us to have to spend more money, as, for example, our blinds do not fit anymore. I asked for our solar to be placed back, and many were magled and went missing. On the day of the installation, no one communicated until the end of the day that they did not have all the windows loaded on the truck, so they would have to come back a couple of days later to finish the job. That was supposed to be communicated earlier but wasn't. I had to take another day off of work, and it was a hassle. I did not appreciate that at all. One of the leads on the installation crew was Derrick, who did an awesome job repairing what he could, and I was happy about that, but they did not communicate that things were broken. I would have liked more transparency there. Things that were told leading up to the day of installation that were not true would cause me to not recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone.”

“The decision-making process for the homeowner was rushed due to "financing advantages" offered if the customer agrees to the job on the same day as the offer is made on the first visit. The first visit was meant to be an inspection of the need and offer a quote; however, the price differs by a few $1,000s between approving the job on the same day vs. signing on within a reasonable few days later. This rushed process was evident in the follow-up visit for measuring purposes and in the completion of the project. Again, the rushed decision led to a situation leaving us with no window treatments and now having to scramble to find an energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing solution to window treatments.”

My elderly indoor cat was not excited about strangers in the house at first, but she loved everyone by the time the instalation was done. In 2024 I bought new siding, gutters, and roof. I could not be happier! The sounds from outside are reduced, and so is my energy bill. My house had been dull gray with faded red shutters and a brown roof. Now it's blue with white trim and a dark gray roof. Strangers stop to ask who did the work, and we are excited to tell them it's Power Home Remodeling!”

“The sales technique with Power Home Remodeling was high pressured. I recieved incomplete information regarding the word decking a full deck which was in regards to roofing. I didn't recieve a copy of a permit for roofing or siding, but I am going after that today. Everything is also done electronically, and I have no way to print that out. I requested a hard copy, and it was promised to me serveral times. I have not recieve it though the job is complete, and they have all of my money. I still don't have a hard copy even though it was promised to me by some people, but other people say they cannot produce it and send it electronically.”
