The debris was mostly vinyl and caulking, but did include small pieces of aluminum. The interior was cleaned very well.This is my comment under question #3 below on cleanliness. This is a relatively minor issue, but needs mentioning..”

I had them start on the tenant's windows, and they got that done in half a day. I told them since that was the case, I was ready to have my windows done right then and there. “We were not given the very impotent information about removing our leaf guard before having our roof replaced. Not only did it void our warranty, but we need to have them replaced. They were installed in July 2024 for over $5000.00. They said it was the leaf guard companies responsibility. BS!!!”
