“I had multiple bids provided to me for my Roof, Gutters and Siding. Countryside through Keith Chappell was the one I went with because of the following reasons: (1) the prices are normally the same across multiple bids, (2) Countryside had the type of siding we wanted installed, (3) the communication with Keith was excellent - there was a software for us to use too and 'design' our house. When the team actually did the siding work, the guys were clean and neat. They took care to not damage the plants surrounding my house and also cleaned up every day after themselves. I liked how Countryside performs their work and I'll be a repeat customer for other exterior work.”

“Countryside Roofing replaced my entire roof in 2012 at a cost of over $22,000. Since then, I have had a couple of issues with nail pops on individual shingles. Each service call has a $300 minimum. With the last service call, the roofer took less than 15 minutes to fix a single nail pop, but I was still charged $250. It is very disappointing that Countryside is unwilling, at a reasonable cost, to attend to maintenance of roofs they have installed. Countryside was more than happy to take my $22,000 for the replacement roof, but when it comes to simple maintenance, the labor costs are ridiculous. For this reason, I hesitate to recommend Countryside.”
