“The siding was done on a snowy day and the crew left a bunch of foil scraps around the house. I requested for clean up and power sent someone to clean twice but there are still a lot of visible foil scraps on my lawn, which resulted in a warning from the village. In addition, gutter team left without noticing me and I had to call to make adjustments to one of the pipe. Also, during window installation, I told the crew that we were working from home and were having meetings but the crew played loud music during installation.”

“At times, there seemed to be an oversight on the complete project that we felt should have been caught at the beginning.”
“We are still waiting for someone to come out after the project has been completed for three weeks now to clean up the work space of nails and other metal debris. There were also two things discussed in the final walk through that still need to be addressed. The teams that came out to work did a great job and the salesmen and project managers were good to work with.”

“If crews are going to smoke cigarettes they should do so only in their vehicle or offsite where smoke cannot enter the home they shouldn’t leave the butts in the yard for the owner’s to clean up or their dog to chew on.”

“I feel I received a good deal for the expense of the doors. The workers were very professional. With the new steel doors I feel safer in my house than I did with my old ones, which were rotting. With these new doors & the lifetime warranty, I don’t have to worry about these doors ever rotting & I can contact Piwer Home Remideling if something happens to them.”
