“Our house was heavily damaged by a tornado. Sean immediately secured the roof for leaks and began identifying damage that I had missed to help me get insurance to document the damage. Sean was very attentive to our project. He responded to all my questions and I was always satisfied with his answers. He was honest and clear what his company can do and what I needed to find elsewhere. Everyone was always in time. Everyone was always friendly and did their job. I had no issues living in my house while having the outside and inside repaired.”

“I’m not sure. Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable when we met. When the work team came out, I found them in the front yard placing the ladder in the wrong spot on the roofline to reach the work area. This was a little worrisome. I pointed to show them the general area where the leak was - but they seemed to have trouble understanding. So I took one worker inside my house to show him the interior water damage and so he could get a better idea of where the leak was when he went back outside. I went with him outside again to help point out where the ladder should be placed to access the roof. Then I went back inside. When I came back later, they were gone. So, I’m really not sure what they did or if the work was finished.”

“The roofing part was good and done in a timely manner. When it came to repairing the interior in the garage, they were not so efficient. They missed things a few times. I had to call them back over and over gain. The worst part was the manager would not show up when he made an appointment. He kept me waiting and waiting. He didn't even call to tell me he wasn't coming. Sometimes the workers would say they were coming out and they wouldn't show up. They were very uncourteous and didn't care about the customers time.”
