“Integrity has done several projects for us and we have been very pleased. The most recent project, remodeling of two bathrooms, was a little less satisfying than projects in the past. The foreman, Kevin, seemed reluctant to resolve some small discrepancies that my wife found. He did resolve them, but he seemed to prefer to deal with me rather than my wife.”

“We had a new countertop, sink, backsplash and lighting installed for a kitchen upgrade. The subcontractors were not well coordinated with each other, so they didn’t come prepared with everything they needed to complete the job, and multiple trips to Lowe’s were required to fix the problems. This caused the job to run late, so the sub for the backsplash was rushed to finish, resulting in sloppy finishing work. Also when the sub left after dark in the rain, his truck slid and he took out a landscape wall along the side of our driveway, causing extensive damage. Integrity Homepro would not remedy the situation, saying it was the sub’s responsibility and we needed to deal with him to get the wall repaired. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

Everyone I interacted with was courteous, I never felt like I was bothering anyone, and my questions were responded to quickly. Beyond the professionalism, the quality of work was exceptional - we are so happy with our renovation!”
