My hope is that Power will replace the sofit that was damaged and secure the drip edge that looks loose.”

“I think they changed managers. Before, they didn't hire contractors, but now they hire contractors. The materials ordered for my door were incorrect. The manager told the installer to make it work. The wood he used wasn't the same. He just put a smaller piece at the top. They did a good job on my roof and windows in the past. This project wasn't the same. They said it was a crew and it was only one person. As a result, the directions were to make it work. Before, it would have been quality work.”

The one thing that I didn't like was that one of the installation team members while carrying a ladder, knocked down my lamp post light. I watched from the window inside. Instead of them being honest and telling me what happened, they put it back up and taped it together with duck tape. It's okay, I'll replace it myself, but it would have been nice to see them come and tell me.”

“There were good things and bad things. It is the combination. Some others notice online that Power Home Remodeling is very heavy-handed in everything they do. They do not give people the chance to look for other options. For me, it was okay, as I knew what I was doing, as I had the siding and windows all replaced. At the end, Power Home Remodeling wanted me to tell them it was good right away without giving me a day. Any time they emailed me, it was an onslaught, which was offputting. I spoke with someone, and they stated that is how they do it. I would not give Power five stars because of the strong pressure from beginning to end. They finished late on Friday night. I started to get calls and emails Saturday morning before I even had a chance to look at it because they finished the night before, and it was dark when they left. Power Home Remodeling absolutely knew what they were doing. They were fast and got everything done quickly. The windows did take two days instead of one. Power left the hardest window to be installed last. I had to go to an event on Friday night, and the caulking on that window does not look that good. I did go ahead and sign so that they would be paid. I think they are very good about getting back and satisfying the customer. That is good, and I am counting on that. The installers moved a very heavy sofa, but they did not move it back. The siding people put everything away, but the window crew did not. I am not surprised, as they probably did not have time. They did not throw my blinds away, which was an agreement with the QA rep that they would take the blinds out. I was able to get one of the blinds out to the garbage, but they are very heavy. My neighbors were impressed. The window crew was not as cognizant of my well-being and comfort. They took out all the windows, and it was very cold. They could have closed the sliders when they went outside or were not working on them, but they just left them open. I had to ask them to close the sliders when they were not working on them, and I believe they did after I asked. The siding crew was more cognizant of my comfort. The neighbors stated Power Home Remodeling did a good job. They were faster and more efficient than others. The pressure tactics keep me from giving Power five stars. They had to take down my awnings, and they put one of them back up. The one they put up, they put on backwards. That is a mistake that I have to pay $600 to have the awnings put on correctly. I had a neighbor come out and look, and he is the one who told me the awning was backwards and would not work. Their guarantee is good and will be worth it if there are any problems. The pressure was just crazy. On Saturday I had emails telling me I needed to pay, and I still had issues with the windows, and there was still chaos inside my house. They waited to do the hardest window last. They could have done it first when I was here to tell them how to do the caulking. They were here until 9 p.m. at night, which is why they left it a mess. I asked the lead if they would be coming back Saturday to finish the job and clean up, and he stated they had another job and would not be coming back, so he was under a lot of pressure himself. There were a lot of good and a lot of bad things. They pressure all the time, so I am not going to give Power Home Remodeling five stars. I got phone calls and emails all weekend and on Monday to pay them. I did pay Power Home Remodeling on Monday. The job was finished late on Friday, so I think that is reasonable enough. The contract says not to pay until I am satisfied, but I did not want to hold Power Home Remodeling up for receiving the money. The pressure was relentless, and it was a problem. Other people have complained about it. It is a common complaint with Power. I am glad I did it. It was done fast, and they knew what they were doing. I give Power Home Remodeling props for that.”

“I started the process with just a referral to look at windows I knew were old but had no intention of making a purchase. The gentleman who came to my residence for the referral were professional, knowledgeable, not pushy to make a sale. All they did was present on their excellent window product and provide an assessment of my current windows. Afterwards I decided to change the most problematic windows (which was 5 of them). I have already seen a difference of how my HVAC runs as the windows retain energy in my home better. I intend to change the remainder of them, but I was and are very satisfied with my windows and the service that cam from Power Home Remodeling.”

“We had trim and gutters put on around the house. We thought we were getting gutter covers and guards to prevent leaves from getting in the gutters. When I realized I was not getting guards, I tried to call Power Home Remodeling to speak with the salesman, but the person I talked to refused and was short of biligerant. I tried to tell him we were told one thing and we did not get it. He told me Power Home Remodeling did not do gutter guards, and I told him that was not what I was told to and that I wanted to speak to the salesperson. He wanted me to sign the paperwork to say the job was done, and I did not want to because I felt it was not completed. He stated that if I did not sign, he would add interest. I signed it, but it was not what I wanted. The workers were fine and were five stars. I was lied to and will not use Power Home Remodeling again or recommend them. The guy who called me up and got me to sign the paperwork I would not do work with again. The way the salesperson presents his case, will be and should be. I learned from this and will use it with not just Power Home Remodeling but other companies as well to have them write out what they are giving a customer, and it better be in detail. I am 78, and my wife does not want me climbing ladders to clean the gutters, so that was my main reason for doing it. I spent a lot of money on something I did not truly want.”

“The quality materials very good. The quality of the install poor. Took over 30 pictures of issues. The came back and corrected most issues. My other problem on four different instances The sales person said one thing. The project manager said something different and said don't know why you were told that. Then the crew told me something else and project manager said no not correct. Experience was very costly, confusing, and disappointing.”

“It was great working with the project manager, CJ Love. He was very involved and checked in every step of the way. If we had any issues, we have been able to get in touch with the company, and they've been able to resolve anything we have called about. On top of that, they did the project very quickly. We had the gutters, windows, downspouts, soffits, siding, and the roof replaced. Every project was done quickly, and from start to finish, they were very professional. Everyone around us was surprised how quickly everything happened from start to completion of our job.”
