“New windows were installed in october and screens still don't work and been told going to have to get different screens due to the ones installed are wrong half screens which are the ones we wanted and putting in full screens and when windows were installed they got spray foam all over my porch and down my siding they have come out 2 times and have done nothing about the screens and tried to remove the spray foam from concrete on front porch and only made it worse tried calling several times about the issues and had no real solution and it's almost january now and still no full screens or a solution for the porch”

“One of the windows has bubbles in the trim. I question it to the installer he told me I’d have to call the manufacturer.. I paid you to install them. You’re gonna handle it and you’re gonna fix it. Also, when the windows were installed, there was a large gap around the windows. Nothing was put in it besides a little piece of plastic. How’s that supposed to keep the cold temperatures out? I want to speak to somebody immediately about this. I didn’t pay over $10,000 for windows for this. I am highly disappointed.”

“I bought windows from Power Home Remodeling in 2019. It was a fantastic experience. Installation was exactly on schedule, done by people who cared about my house. My elderly indoor cat was not excited about strangers in the house at first, but she loved everyone by the time the instalation was done. In 2024 I bought new siding, gutters, and roof. I could not be happier! The sounds from outside are reduced, and so is my energy bill. My house had been dull gray with faded red shutters and a brown roof. Now it's blue with white trim and a dark gray roof. Strangers stop to ask who did the work, and we are excited to tell them it's Power Home Remodeling!”

“Power Home Remodeling didn't do a final inspection, and I thought there should have been one. We still have dirty windows from the installation. They're going to come clean them under our warranty. However, we just found another window with a scratch that needs to be replaced, so I can't give them five stars. The people we dealt with were wonderful. We enjoyed meeting and dealing with them. The installation part was not the best. The caulking was kind of messy, and they had to come back and clean that up as well. They installed seven windows, and we got thirteen more. We were pleased enough to get more windows from them, mostly because the people we were dealing with were very kind. I'm sure everything will be rectified in the long run. I would recommend them with the caveat there needs to be a final inspection so we know the windows are clean and there are no problems with them. So far, we're not there yet.”

“The process of having someone come out to give a quote is unbelievably time consuming. Then there is a lot of price finagling. Why?? Just give a fair price. Then the girl who came out to measure the windows was personable but took a putty knife and proceeded to place gauges in my wood that surrounded the windows to I guess, prove the obvious. They have rot! But what if I had cancelled the job…after all she was there in my 3 day cancellation period. Were you going to take responsibility and caulk the damage done so I didn’t get further rain and weather problems? The install was done a day early and that was fantastic. The guys were respectful and cleaned up amazingly considering it was dark when they finished. The windows look nice. As to their quality only time will tell, but I am greatful for the unlimited warranty on them as well as the labor.”
