“Well, the big advertisement is that they do this in one day; I couldn't use my shower after three weeks; the glass had to be ordered in September. If they had, I wouldn't have made this purchase when I complained; they said they were sorry.”

“Honestly, the workers were very nice, and the shower looks much better than what I had, but for the money, it feels very cheap. Like an "Ikea shower." They also damaged two walls while demolishing the old shower. The company is covering the cost to fix it, but it adds another two days that I need to be home here with a contractor. The bathroom walls were also so dirty that I've had to scrub them several times and will need to re-paint over all the marks.”
