“I would not recommend the company because I believe they did a rushed job. They were not aware of my landscaping and made a mess. They also left the garage door open so that the debris went into the garage. When they removed the alumimium door on the front of the house they misplaced some of the screws and did not rehang the door properly. We had a big rain last night, and one piece of siding has come loose. They also left garbage and leftover materials in my driveway.”
“No one spoke english. Weather was bad when they did the roof,and as a consequence of that, a latter came down and damaged items here. They didn't match the slope of the roof and now there are humps and ripples on it. The cut for the peak wasn't done correct.and.some of it wasn't done at all. The soffit and fascia crew didn't show up when i was told they were scheduled. They were supposed to replace the wood and if I didn't say anything, they wouldn't have replaced any of it. They messed with my cameras and I had to spend a day to straighten them out. They left pieces on a lower roof. When the salesmen were here, they said things that didn't happen, like I would be reimbursed for lumber they didn't use and I had to argue about that. I generally feel like I've been lied to. I made sure the salesmen knew that I knew how things were supposed to be done and should have done it myself.”

“The customer service project manager was very poor. I used power twice before and I had wonderful experience. The manor of how I was treated during installation day by Nicole was unprofessional and also I had no quality assurance manager on site. The day of my installation I had 5 neighbors stop by and I didn’t refer due to my current situation with power. Nicole shouldn’t be a manager as customer service is not her strength. Every representative should provide a warm welcome and fond farewell whether they have closed a deal or not.”

“Arrived on initial instalation date with several mis-measured windows. Installation team decided to reorder and do complete entire installation when the new order arrived. Almost 4 weeks later the correctly sized windows arrived and a second installation date was set. A new installation team arrived and installed all the windows, working until around 10PM. Finally, two windows I ordered were incorrect and I'm in the third week trying to get a representative to come back to discuss resolution to the two mis-order windows and a few installation issues. I plan to call them again today.”

“We have used Power for new roofing and entry door. Even though this company's quotes are on the higher side, their work is also top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“Make the job a complete job. The interior trim was not replaced and Installed as part of your complete job. Knowing from the first sales pitch of trim issues since damaged by PPLs wrap team did significant damage to the trim. The estimator when doing the measurements saw this damage and assured me it would be replaced. Your guys trimmed the sliding doors very nicely. The front door is nice but face trim was not done, only the jam trim. Again as originally discussed and expected. Installers were wonderful and did a great job! In spite of it snowing and very cold.”
