“Everything that they promised did not happen. I was given what would transpire and was told how long it would take and how many people would arrive, and she stated three crews and it would take three days. They ended up sending five people and finished in one day and worked several hours, which was a total nightmare. I moved the furniture as promised, which did not work out well, and they stayed until 9:15 pm. I asked them if they would come back another day, but they said because they live in Virginia, and that would not work out. The workers were young and did not speak English well, and it was hard to communicate. I asked if they were a subcontractor and was told that he worked for three different companies. I originally got the impression that the workers worked for the company, but that was a lie. They started, and the stain color did not match our window frame and looked terrible, and they used a clear caulking that, when dried, looked bad and stood out like a sore thumb. They came and redid the caulking because it was not acceptable. They also asked me to pick out the stain, and I paid for it and also used a different type of molding. At the end, it looked adequate, and I was glad to get it over with. They were here the second day for 4-5 hours, but they did get the job done. They brought in different contractors, but they were not employees of the company, and I thought it was strange because they were out of Virginia. The outside looks pretty good, but the inside was terrible. I did get some comments from other neighbors, but I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.”

“I'm satisfied with the work, bathroom, and shower. However, there is something wrong that I'm trying to get fixed, and it's been four months. I'm not satisfied with that at all. I'm handicapped, and they gave me the wrong-sized grab bars. They don't seem to care. The workers were good, but the personnel in the office were not as cooperative. They don't call me back, but when they do, they always have excuses. It shouldn't take four months to get a grab bar.”
