“Overall, we were very pleased with Three Tree Roofing and have already shared website information with three of our neighbors. We worked with Jack Kleinhaus who was a very knowledgeable representative. After signing our contract and receiving a projected date for start of work, weather conditions and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic delayed our job for a few months. Though I called a few times to check up on where we were at in the queue, we were generally kept informed and communications were good. The crew and the crew leader were professional and respectful. They did a great job cleaning/clearing the site after each work day.”

“Work good, job seem to be completed but never gotten proof of photo but no complain from tenant yet however, fell badly on Communication via email and such and was never given the after-sale paper work or talk. I'm still waiting on Photo of the roof competition. Because of Covid-19 I cannot be on site and had ask for photo of jobs from start to finish. Never given. Only photo prior to the job. However I didn't give 1 star even tho they should as Communication is more important to me then the job being completed or not. I give a 3 star instead for some request I made that was done and gotten fix quickly. But afterwards when job is done... I feel toss out in the curved.”

“Overall a great experience - The project was delayed for about a month due to weather and supply issues (expected). Once the project began the Three Trees team got my old roof torn off and new roof and plywood installed in one day (dry) surrounded by rain before and after! Fast, clean and professional!”
