“The only reason I didn't give T & S Roofing Systems a 5 was because of the communication between the time we signed the contract and when the roof was installed. It would have been better if they had been more informative. There was a huge delay between the contract signing and the installation. I understand supply chain issues. There just wasn't any proactive communication. It was more of me chasing them down to find out the information.”

“Communication was not the greatest during the hob. Initially, the sales rep didn't clearly communicate some aspects of the roofing job and seemed to minimize what it would look like aesthetically. Then the project manager did not give us alot of confidence. He wasn't a great communicator and was unresponsive at times. The only person that helped us feel confident and seemed to resolve things for us was the project coordinator (Danielle) at the office. She was incredibly informative, responsive, and got things moving when we were getting radio silence from the manager. The quality of workmanship seems fine, but again, some of the features of our job were not sufficiently explained during the sales part and we are not happy with how it looks.”
