I suppose when the correct order came in with a shattered panel and the company proposed installing it was not a great solution. I suppose we could blame the manufacturer but today workmanship is truly disappointing. I am satisfied with the end product but would appreciate a substantial credit for my troubles..”

The project manager was not willing to discuss repairs. He was also trying to bully me into signing the completion paperwork by threatening me. I had to call the main office to get someone to fix the issue. The subs came back and replaced it with the correct size.”

Back to Forrest, he claimed he was not a salesman, yet Zach, the project manager, confirmed that Forrest was a sales person and then tried to use the same high pressure sales tactics to get us to commit to replacing a roof at what is at least 4 times market value. I will never do business with Power again.”
