“They started the job quickly and were on time every day. They cleaned up everyday before they left. They had a very experienced crew and had the equipment to replace the siding on my 3 story house. The workmanship was great , this was a big job and it took them 11 business days to finish. If I would have gone with another company , it would have taken a month or more. They are insured. The salesman, foreman all communicated with me throughout the job. It was a turnkey job, they know what they are doing.”

“Here are the words that describe Advanced Home Exteriors: I felt that they were outgoing and real. Kelly Smart came out and treated me as if I were his aunt. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was sincere. Not only that, but he was the first contact with Advanced Home Exteriors. Likewise, he was not pushy. He showed us product and had a booklet with information. He was well-prepared and provided information about the company as well as services. Furthermore, he went over the liability insurance. He was honest, fair, and very professional. Kelly, Mr. Jacks, the owner, and David, the team leader were all thorough from beginning to the end. Advanced Home Exteriors gave us information in advance about what would be taking place. They went over the materials and when they were coming out. They even asked us where we wanted them delivered. Likewise, they were accountable. They told us that they would be cleaning up, and they did what they said they would do. The company was transparent. I did not feel like they were just here to sale. The company has a good product, good workmanship, and good workers. They were truly concerned with what we wanted. They treated our property like it was their own. Not only that, but they were available and responded promptly. I never had to wait. Advanced Home Exteriors made sure the work and quality met our expectations. They consistently checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. They made the project affordable to us. Doing a roof is a lot of money. They had options available which drew us in. Mr. Jacks was respectful. He even came out to met with us. I know he is busy, but he took time to meet the old fashion way. He was well-prepared and brought the booklet out to us that other companies did not have. Other companies were just selling product. This booklet had questions with answers in it. It covered the liability insurance, the timeframe for the job and things to do to prepare the home before work starts. It also included things that Advanced Home Exteriors would do. They told us to take down wall decorations so that they would not fall during the hammering. Advanced Home Exteriors is an outstanding company. I have already recommended them to family and friends. They got the job done because of the people they have hired and the products they use.”

They painted the cut edges, and installed the flashing between the butted boards. They had the proper scaffolding and equipment to replace the siding on my roof dormers. They cleaned up after he job was completed. The crew also painted the house which went well. I supplied the paint but they would have. Exposed areas were protected before painting. A sprayer or brush was used depending on the area to be painted.”
