“I had a nine-inch hole punched through the Hardie Plank on the back of my garage by a careless lawn technician. Vicky worked with me to get this small repair estimated and scheduled. Gilbert came to the house and did a fantastic job removing the two broken planks and replacing them. Then he got matching paint so you cannot tell there had ever been any damage. Overall, an excellent experience.”

“Patrick,I also want to let you know I am really impressed with HES, from the office staff to the guys working in the field. Communication has been excellent at all levels. Leslie and Vicky were very responsive when I called. Paul, has been on top of everything and has been great to work with. The foremen in the field were very easy to work with and I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my inputs and we worked together to find any underlying problems while do the siding that were roof related. This really was big deal to me and was one of the main reasons I chose to have you guys install my roof. I actually had another contractor lined up. I saw them do a roof on another house and noticed their inattention to detail and was concerned I would have to practically check on them every ten minutes to make sure nothing was overlooked. After seeing your siding crew work I was confident that the roofing crew would be just as diligent and attentive to detail and they were. Jesus and company were quick without compromising quality. Lastly the touch up done after the roofing job was done was greatly appreciated. Angel even took the time to clean up items that no one would have even seen.I have already recommended HES to my neighbor who is looking to have siding installed. Hopefully he gives you a call for his own benefit.I will be sure to let everyone know who worked on my house. HES has been the best contractor I have worked with.Regards,Paul P.”

“After several quotes, HES produced a detailed and thorough quote for the work of residing my entire house. The price was very reasonable, the work and crew assigned to me were hardworking, thorough and kept things clean, before and after job. There was no slack, they worked as soon as they arrived 7:30am/8am until 6pm.Very attentive, very respectful/polite, questions were always answered. Jorge, Project mgr, was especially very detailed oriented which I greatly appreciated. No pressure, they let me have time to decide.Recently retired, this was a BIG deal for me since i will live here the rest of my life, and i do not accept work "halfway" done or just to get by.There are no perfect jobs of this size, but I would say this job was 99.9%. I would 125% recommend HES w/Bart, Leslie and Jorge, and his crew, to anyone who wants a great facelift for their home.”

“I can not effectively express in the written word the level of satisfaction I have with Home Exterior Systems. The entire process went as advertised. The proposal was extremely detailed and priced out several items that may have been required on the vinyl to hardi conversion of my 30 year old home. The materials arrived and work started with adequate advanced notice when promised. The work crew was absolutely amazing - working hard, smart and safe like a military deployment of Seal Team Six with the mission objective to leave me highly satisfied - Mission accomplished! Change orders were minimal and very well explained and documented. Credits for items not needed were applied without me having to ask about it. Project timeline was advertised as 6 days and ready to paint. I was 100% complete with paint and a LOT of additional soffit framing in 7.5 days. That's what I call nailing the schedule. Total net add to original proposal with change orders and credits was less than one point five percent (1.5%). The same crew handled everything from demo, install, and paint. The job site was maintained in a clean and orderly fashion throughout the process. These guys treated my home as if it were their own. The only experience I have had with a contractor that I could be gone from home all day to be at work 60 miles away and not worry one time about the work taking place at my house. The use of builder trend was a neat plus as well. All project documents, proposal, and progress photos available to you 24/7 anywhere in the world with an internet connection. A great company, great people, high level of commitment and professionalism. This is hands down the best experience I have had outsourcing needed work at my home. Home Exterior Systems - engage them with confidence void of headaches and surprises! I am so impressed with the overall process, I would not hesitate to work for them! 100% satisfied. 100% value for my money.”

“We can't say enough about how please we were with the job Home Exterior Systems did on our house. Our experience started with the salesperson, Bart Marnitz coming to our house and giving us the estimate. He was very professional and was able to answer all our questions honestly. Bart did an awesome job with the estimate including pictures of what was to done on the project. Honestly Bart sold us on going with Home Exterior Systems.thank you Bart! We also had a lot of contact with Leslie Hawkins, Leslie kept us informed on when the start date on the project would begin. We had several conversations about the project and always kept us well informed. She would always respond quickly if I had to leave a message. Thank you Leslie for your professional way of doing business. Now to the actual construction project. Jorge Correa was our project manager. I can't say enough about how professional Jorge and his crew were. It was amazing to watch them do the work on our house. What a crew of craftsmen. I felt our house was not easy to do, being a 2 story with a lot of steep angles to work with. They handled everything perfectly. We felt they treated our house like it was one of their own. What a beautiful job they did on our house, we are so happy with the job. The house looks brand new. Jorge answered all of our questions and kept us well informed about the project. Jorge thank you and your crew for everything, we appreciated all the hard work. We also had a door and 2 windows installed by Home Exterior Systems and again they did a professional job with those projects also. Also thanks to the McCollim's, who I also had contact with, you should be proud of the business you have!
