“The very first day the crew showed up to work, I was told I needed to hire a plumber to remove an outside faucet before work could be done. I asked why this wasn't mentioned earlier so couldn't have been coordinated and should have been in the contract. When kicked up stairs, proved to be untrue. This happened several more times. Work such as caulking was not smooth and was amateurish and is already failing a few months later.”

“Whiting Company provided fair and transparent quotes and service on my roof replacement during a period in which many companies were charging a premium beyond even what supply chain constraints supported. They didn't penalize us for having a tough to access roof, and were really fair with pricing on upgrades (to better shingles). They were great at communicating when inclement weather moved the schedule a bit. On install day, they were efficient and neat and showed me where we needed a bit of wood replaced, etc., before making those repairs. I would definitely call Whiting again for roofing needs and have recommended them to many neighbors!”

“The installation was quick and painless. Of course the salesman did his job well as I signed up for the siding job on the initial meeting. The price was right. A few days later, a full survey was performed. The survey was done so well that there were not any missing materials upon arrival and no delays in the installation process. In fact, I wasn't even expecting new mounts for my light fixtures, yet they installed new ones and they were a welcome addition. The only problem I noticed that there was a section in the siding where they did not caulk the seam, however they did leave an extra tube of caulk which I used to seal the seam myself. I also do have a section of siding, the very top piece of siding that meets my roofline, that has pulled away from the house. I did reach out by email about getting that resecured but I have unfortunately not heard back yet. If I had a ladder that height, I would have done it myself. Despite this, I do highly recommend this company to anybody looking to get their siding done.”

“I would not recommend the Whiting Company to a friend, because of the lack of choices in sliding doors, the mess that was made during the install process, and the outside door handle still rips my fingernails off. I am still waiting for the high profile handle to fix the situation. That handle was of high importance to me and I do not believe the door installed is safe for children. I shared that I was selling my house, so that I would get a door that was safe. I am settling for a door that is energy star certified. If you already know what door you want, and you want a fast install, you may like the Whiting Company for their availability. The door opens easily from the inside, just not the outside. The men were nice, friendly, knowledgeable about how to install doors, and professional. To give 4 stars would be a lie, unless the high profile handle was installed.”
