Bill, our lead, was easy to get a hold of for questions and answers, and his team for each bathroom were professional, communicative, helpful with ideas, and did an amazing job. The only delay for our project was while waiting for vanities to arrive. All in all, I'd hire this company again in a heartbeat.”

“The work crew, Juan and Omar, did a great job. However, we did not receive quality customer service from Jason Bauman. When contacted twice regarding a water leak in our ceiling caused to by the work crew, he never responded. Also, he forgot to include the cost of the custom glass shower in our estimate and when questioned, he told us we could find a contractor on our own. We received an estimate for a second bathroom project but based of our experience with Jason, we decided not to use their company. This is the primary reason why I would not recommend them for a bathroom remodeling project.”
“Excellent work done thoroughly. We even had a major problem with the shower drain, which FBT took the time to fix, although it was not part of originally agreed upon work. And thw quality of the tile work was outstanding.”

“We were thinking about a bathroom remodel for quite some time. Wanted a linear drainage; Frame less showerwalls and contemporary appearance. FBT absolutely delivered and let us make changes during the renovation. Appreciated the flexibility and recommendations. Also trusted their craftsmanship and work ethics. We added a floating seat bench and we weren't sure it would sustain our weight. Jason demonstrated for us that it was safe and that the brackets were equipped for holding up several pounds.”

“We spent the better part of a year looking for a qualified tile company while trying to decide if we were going to do the work ourselves. We were hesitant on finding an honest company that would deliver a quality service for a reasonable price. We met with Frank Brennan and instantly liked his honesty and passion for his company and the services they provide. We are extremely happy with the craftsmanship, professionalism, and overall experience his team exhibited throughout the project. The precision taken with each tile placement was amazing to see and it shows in the final end product. Our bathrooms look absolutely amazing. We highly recommend FBT Tile and Marble and would use their services again in the future.”

“My nephew is going to have his bathroom redone, and I recommended this company to him.”
“The tile work was fine, the price was comparable to competitors. They went over schedule. The paint job was amateurish at best. I had to ask the contractors to remove the light/outlet covers, and even after they did our old paint still shows outside of the edges. They added mud, sanded and painted over and over again. The texture is inconsistent, and the walls are covered with pin holes. We will need to repair and repaint ourselves. When the PM came by and I mentioned the poor paint job, he had the nerve to tell me it could take many years and many coats of paint to properly cover a wall. I was offended that he talked to me and told me such garbage. We've patched and painted many walls and were very disappointed in what we received the one time we decided to splurge and let someone else do the work.”
