“I had them monitoring this big maple tree that was dying for about five years. When we finally decide to take it down, it turns out that it was hollow on the inside and we had to go through an elaborate process of getting a gigantic crane to take it down. I've always questioned why they couldn't have figured out that it was hollow in the previous years that I had it trimmed. It seems like this is something they could have figured out earlier.”

“The follow through was not good at all. Initially they started on time and we efficient, but as stated in my contract, they were suppose to do it all in one day. They did not grind the stump the same day. I had to call and have them come back a few times. During that time they broke my storm door with the grindings. The workers were good but the follow through was not good at all.”
