“I contacted JL Tree Service to have an old cherry tree removed from my front yard. Their service department was extremely pleasant to deal with and had the best price available, so I did not hesitate to make the appointment. The day of the tree removal, every precaution was taken by the workmen to make sure everthing and everyone was safe during the tree removal. The guys were very efficient and cleaned up after it was all done. A week or two later, I had the tree stump removed. The stump guy was also a pleasure to work with offered great advice for the front yard. I am very happy that I chose JL Tree Service and will do so again in the future if needed.”

“The tree service was very well done! The problem was on the stump removal side. They did not communicate well. The estimator who came out saw all the locations and did not tell us that in order to take out a large stump you need to bring in a machine the size of a small car. That machine would obviously not fit through our fence gate without taking out part of the fence. Eventually, they brought a smaller machine out, and did the job. The invoice was not change based on our agreement that they would charge less since they could only take out the base of the stump and not the roots. Then in the end, they only took out two of the three stumps so I had to get them to reduce the bill to reflect all of that.”
