“Failed to service one of seven Ash trees for at least 2 years. Services were paid for 7 trees and only 6 serviced. Tree appears to be preparing to fail this next year or before. 30 by 20 yard lawn has not been serviced to keep the entire area without crab grass and dead grass. twice totally serviced with out success. Has been serviced for over 20 years and only having major difficulty over the last 3 years.”
