“The arborist who showed up initially was friendly and informative. his suggestions were reasonable. His price was reasonable- less than I expected.”
“They did a good job but not 100% completely to my satisfaction. I had to guide crew as to what to do to finish the job. I believe they should have seen the need to tidy up a few things (loose branches, remove branches hitting ground, even out sides, leave negative space between bushes to allow for sunlight, etc.) that I had to point out to them.”
