“I think they were wonderful and so nice. Their work was so impeccable. Before they could put my kitchen back together, they had to address the mold in all the rooms. They brought in a mold remediation team that was just wonderful. I can't say enough about them! I hope this gives them more work, because they certainly are the best.”

“Every worker they sent here was dressed in a very clean and neat uniform. They were very respectful of my house, especially during the pandemic — everyone came in wearing a mask. They were easy to talk to and did a wonderful job restoring my kitchen after the flood I had. I was very pleased with the results. I love them.”

“Great company from the girls in the office to all the crews. They are knowledgeable, & their work ethic is rare in today’s world! They are polite, work hard without taking breaks, call ahead & arrive on time. They clean up as they go & cart all their mess away when they leave each day! I have recommended them to several of my friends & all have been very pleased too! Can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“The only complaint I had I made clear to them and it was about one of their employees. When he came to paint to cover the mold and seal it there was a piece of wood that did not get repaired. I was not paying attention, but I have a camera in my garage, so I checked to see if anything happened. He went to an area where the camera didn't pick up what he was doing so I checked what happened in the garage myself. There is a special kind of paint they use to seal and encapsulate the mold but he used some of my own white paint in the corner to paint over the mold instead. The mold showed through the paint two days later. I would still recommend them for the job well done but that employee was not following the proper procedure.”

“It took the Rapid Recovery Team too long to do the project. I am not happy with the kitchen cabinets. They are not screwed in properly. Marlin did a good job. My cabinets are not working properly. I will not recommend the Rapid Recovery Team.”
