“They left my house a mess when the job was done. There was mud everywhere. I had to call them to straighten everything out and I feel like I should not have had to do that. The main problem I am having is when they were waterproofing my basement they messed up some electrical lines. My electric was working perfectly fine and when they left, I had four sockets that are now not working and one socket up one floor that isn't working either. I called them and they told me they did not cut any lines but it is an inconvenience to me. Now I have to spend money on an electrician for them to fix it.”

“I have used All Aspects Waterproofing on two occasions. They are highly knowledgeable on how to tackle water issues and fix them for good. Angelo Janouris gives great confidence that their work will solve the water issue for good. The first project involved channeling water to a sump pump. That solution remedied an water issue we had wrestled with for over 10 years. The other project required a dig dow to the foundation and applying a tar and water barrier to prevent seapage through the wall. ADDITIONALLY, the first work effort misread the plans for the area to be dug out and they came back and extended the dig in the targeted area...no fuss and no additional charge.”

All Aspects had the best solution and although it was not the cheapest, it was the right one. They dug up the basement on the outside and sealed it and placed a gravity drainage system. This was done about a year ago and my basement has been dry ever since. I am very pleased with the results.”

“All Aspects Waterproofing assessed our water issue, but unfortunately were not thorough enough with their investigation of the issue. They “fixed” the problem but as soon as the next heavy rain came, our basement flooded again. They probably could have resolved this issue before it started by simply testing out the window well with a hose and realizing that a window well surrounded by dirt was bound to get muddy and clogged. After spending $5,000 to fix our problem, they then wanted another $2,400 to fix the issue they hadn’t addressed the first time around, but we refused to pay it. We felt like we were getting ripped off. Thank goodness we hadn’t sealed our walls back up or replaced our flooring before the flooding or we’d be out of even more money! I would not recommend them to anyone.”
