“I became a Critter Control customer prior to it's sale to Trutech. I liked Critter Control and switched to Critter Control from another exterminator because of the competence, responsiveness, and willingness to go wherever the critters were. Then the local company was acquired by Trutech and the transition from the customer perspective has not gone smoothly. To be fair, it has improved but scheduling is an issue; there are missed appointments, and we rarely have the same technician more than two months in a row. One technician told me he tries not to go in crawl spaces. My thought at the time was that he was in the wrong line of work. So the jury for me with respect to Trutech (Seattle) is out right now.”
“I used to get a report (usually same day or within 24 hours) to tell me the level of activity that was found in the bait boxes. I have tried and tried to get the company to send me that report on an ongoing business and still can't get the reports. The field staff are fine. It is the corporate office that fails to send me the reports even if I call and ask for them. :-(”

“I feel like I was overcharged heftily and misled as to what work was actually going to be performed.”
“They took a really long time to address the issue. After they finished, there were still issues. They said that they would deal with it, but I haven't gotten a response back. They did get the squirrels out. There are a lot of areas where they didn't do the exclusion or complete the job for other pests. Now I have to pay someone else to come out to do it, or do it myself.”

“The people that I worked with were very friendly. They did not capture the pest, and it came back. I followed up multiply times and no one got back to me. It feels like aI wastes $1,000.”
