“Professional service, from call center to technician”
“I've used AFSGD multiple times. I usually am satisfied with their work. However recently, I called for a repair after a car clipped the side rail of the garage door... the whole garage door shifted and the actual door scrapes the frame rail causing a violent shake when the door opens and closes. It's a low overhead door and was installed and has been working for many years. Upon inspection, AFSGD told me I needed to place a piece of wood above the header in order to repair garage, however I was not provided quality instruction on placement/orientation of required wood. Left feeling unsure as to why the garage door which has been installed and working for years all of a sudden needed additional wood installed for what I understood to be a simple repair/replacement. My garage door still isn't working properly at this time.”
