“I had a great person with the initial visit, he was kind and seemed to understand. They said they were going to come and tarp my roof, and they did not do it and I got water in the attic, the ceiling and down the wall. I am angry about that. They added 3-4 thousand dollars for plywood, which I had not planned for it. There is an exhaust pipe coming out the roof, and they cut it off, and it can not be fixed. They did not even tell me they were going to cut it, also it was not necessary. I am very upset about the whole situation. They did my bathroom a couple of years ago and it was good. This roof is a whole other thing.”

“NEWPRO does a very good job. They clean up after the job and it is profoundly done. The three windows that they put in, the room is so warm that the young man who was sleeping in there moved back in. He was sleeping in the living room before. They did a very good job with the insulation, and the windows are very warm. They are exceptional and they did a superb job.”
