“I would not recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone. They didn't disclose that we had to hire an electrian to re-install our exterior lights that they removed. They removed our wood siding and, installed their new siding. A day later, our sink pipe froze. They claimed that it might have been the shift in air circulation because their siding was insulated. We insisted on them coming to inspect it. After 3 phone calls after we escalated the matter, someone came out. He found that they installed their new siding without replacing the wood. The subcontractor came days later and claimed that it was a new worker that installed it. Even worst they left debris in our yard. I called days later and asked that they pick up the debris. I was told that "we do lots of installs per week and the truck will pick it up when they can." It’s still in my yard. If it's not removed by 2/10/25, I will hire someone to remove it and sue Power Home Remodeling in small claims court to recoup my money.”

“i had a house & garage roof replacement, gutters replaced on my garage & 8 windows replaced. All work was done the same day as scheduled & the site was cleaned up when finished. very happy with the work that was performed.”

“I was challenged communicating with them. I had to be persistent to get answers to my questions and scheduling.”
“We warned the rep that we had coils in our existing gutters, was told it would be all set, only to have them left hanging off our house. It took multiple calls to rectify the issue. Also still finding metal pieces and screws all over our property. Every single interaction was a sales pitch and we were quoted over and over again each time a new number, new rate, new need. NEVER AGAIN. I will warn everyone about you.”

“This project took almost 9 months to conclude. Before POWER even started, but after we had signed all the documents, we learned from the town that POWER was prevented from doing any work until they cleaned up outstanding items from other jobs in the town. They had failed to get proper permits and inspections, so we had to wait until they rectified that work before they could start our project. And then, however unbelievable it is, POWER failed to do the same steps with our project. Eventually , because POWER didn’t get proper inspections at our home, they had to remove all of the siding at one point so that the insulation wrap could be inspected by the Town, and then put it back. The product itself is good—our team led by Abraham was stellar—but the Administrative group, though friendly, is miserable in terms of follow-through. We would not hire them again.”
