“I would not recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone. They didn't disclose that we had to hire an electrian to re-install our exterior lights that they removed. They removed our wood siding and, installed their new siding. A day later, our sink pipe froze. They claimed that it might have been the shift in air circulation because their siding was insulated. We insisted on them coming to inspect it. After 3 phone calls after we escalated the matter, someone came out. He found that they installed their new siding without replacing the wood. The subcontractor came days later and claimed that it was a new worker that installed it. Even worst they left debris in our yard. I called days later and asked that they pick up the debris. I was told that "we do lots of installs per week and the truck will pick it up when they can." It’s still in my yard. If it's not removed by 2/10/25, I will hire someone to remove it and sue Power Home Remodeling in small claims court to recoup my money.”

“We’ve had lots of jobs done by Power. They have been professional & known for their quality of products. However, this project was done without the clean up outside of our windows. I saw our 1 1/2 year old puppy chewing something from inside my glass slider door. I opened the door and told him to “Drop It” and he did. It was a triangular shaped vinyl with sharp points. When I grabbed it, I looked and saw a bunch more. And looked under my back windows that were replaced and nothing was cleaned up in back. I even found a piece of glass in my patio. I gator aid bottle was also left behind. My husband contacted Power & they sent someone right out. What a disappointment. I never had to worry about that before.”

“The sales representatives were very good, convincing and thorough. But when work was done the crew didn’t finished everything and we needed to call back to tell them to put on the roof what the salesperson talked about. They left a lot of nails all over the yard and driveway, dangerous for car tires, good thing it’s not the time of the year my granddaughter run around the yard without shoes. The remaining materials they left in our front yard even after we told the company about it. After work on either roof or attic in our bathroom you can hear some kind of flopping sound, we told to look into this and even after it is still flopping. I wish the company would actually do take care of everything the sales people talked about. They are not cheap!”
“The inspector never came to the project and when I went to look at the windows, they had put white edging instead of making it match the tan your company had put on originally. I do like the white better but does make the house look odd. Would like them all to match. Plus found trash in bushes and in back yard. Glad I found it before my dog did.”
