“The thorough presentation by Carlos was impressive as was the ability to finance an affordable monthly payment with no money down. The time range to have the work scheduled and completed was quite acceptable and the final pictures of the roof looks good. However, we are very disappointed with the quality in respect to the various damages we now have due to the carelessness of the workers during the process. We also had to pay to have our gutters removed from an alternate company prior to the work to retain the warranty. This was told to us at the end of our discussion and agreement to have the work done. An additional up front expense we were not prepared for. We ended up having bad weather once the roof work was started on 4/2/25 and in the midst there was a pause due to a storm with golf sized hail. The roof was completed entirely by the next day 4/3, but then we had heavy rain the next 4 days. Due to the gutter company schedule it is now April 16 and the gutters still remain lying in the yard. We now have 3/4 of the fascia where the gutters attach hanging down and flapping against the siding due to the high winds. Our dissatisfaction is due to the damages and additional cost and now delay of reinstalling the gutters and additional damage with the fascia.”
