“They are reliable- if you use outside contractors they change dates, say they are going to be done by a certain date and they are not. Alure does the job and finishes it when they say. I had windows and basement done- they were fantastic. I had an issue with some very expensive basement panels and they helped me get replacements u der the warrant.”

“Be very careful of the contract terms before you sign. Ask very detailed questions about the work that will be covered in the project contract and keep everything in writing. Or else you may start getting additional cost bills as early as within the 1st week of the start of the project. no detail is too small. think like a project manager and list every step of your work. don't be rushed into anything.”

“The workman did a nice job, the demo team did their job but no one thought of the mess it would leave in our basement living area. There was no input from the company, it seemed like once the job was contracted that was it. The bathroom came out great and we like it but would have appreciated a little input and concern from the company along the way.”

“We used Allure Home Improvement for our new roof after having a great experience with them installing new windows and siding about a year ago. They once again did a wonderful job, getting the full roof installment, with all new plywood underlayment, done in less than a day. They were very courteous and gave great attention to detail.
