“TBA at a later date, windows just installed for a for weeks, so far so good, they look great!! For the lack of trust, I would make sure my friends don't use Sam Swann, doesn't seem to know how install works, using ladders or scaffolding, they charged us for scaffolding, they used ladders only. No refund for initial scaffolding, no follow up while install was taking place, Sam missed perfect opportunity for in the field training, what's needed to to the job.”

“There is no Communication and honesty! No Follow through of info promised. No Info on how installation would affect window sills and shades. No communication from installation day and there after. No info on energy efficiency for tax credit and NO info on trip that was promised. Terry (salesperson) wanted to tell me more about what other companies would and would not do vs sticking to what he knew about WN. He didn’t tell me installation would be from the inside thereby eliminating my window sill & frame and making my old shades unable to fit…on all 14 windows! He promised a folder of tax info for tax credit upon completion as well as trip info that we were entitled too. I’ve received nothing after two weeks and over $10K!”
