“It was a horrible experience. I was told I was paying an extra $10,000 more than other bids because I was going to a great product and professional installers. I felt I got a low bid installer with a third party. They cut corners every place they could, and installed the wrong color on the roof. The plan changed, and they never communicated that with me. I tried to get in touch with them numerous times and they didn't return phone calls. When they came out to install the right color roof, they didn't want to take off the paper they put all the holes in and wanted to reuse it. The flashing had holes and tears in it, which would have lead to leaks. I had to take off work and be there so I could say no, no and no. It was a horrible experience.”
