“The first day that a team came to install, the entire batch of windows were the wrong ones. They ordered new windows to be made because they said it would be too hard to find our windows. We had moved heavy furniture, taken down blinds and curtains and even disposed of some. Then had to wait another 5 or 6 weeks. The 2nd day scheduled, again after moving furniture and removing blinds, they called that morning and said that one of their installers had the flu. Maybe not their fault but annoying just the same. Another team came the next morning and one of the windows was the wrong size. So that team did a good and efficient job, were very nice and professional but the job is not done. They have to order another window and will let me know in about a month when it comes in and will schedule someone to come finish the job.”

“Our salesman Kent Miller was not very knowledgeable and either lied to us in order to get a sale or needs more training. The management team very helpful and as of now has corrected our salesman’s failure. Install crew very nice but didn’t do a very good job cleaning up after themselves-left debris all over yard and took longer to install and wasn’t done correct the first time.”

“Our sales rep, Roy Moser, was great throughout the process explaining the window functionality and helping us with a change to one of our windows and making sure we got the best deal and understood all of terms. The scheduling team was great to work with and sent helpful reminders about prep for the install crew. The installation crew was top notch in my opinion. Friendly, professional, fast, but with a keen attention to detail and making sure each window was installed correctly. They took the time to explain the functionality of the windows by demonstrating to us how they work. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done and walked through the house with us when they were finished to make sure we were happy. They waited a beat outside to double check that we didn’t have any further questions before leaving. Excellent service!”

It took the gentleman no more than 10 minutes to take measurements for all the windows. Peter, the installer, was very efficient and courteous of my home. I’m very happy with the end results!”
