“The old windows were ripped out with a crow bar damaging both the outside bricks and a window sill. One brick was knocked completely out and glued back in place with clear caulk. One window sash was broken during installation. Window Nation only wants to send someone out to assess the brick damage at a time that works for them and not the homeowner. I have left both phone messages and texts with no response. Would NEVER recommend”
