That time period came and went and I heard nothing. I had to call to see what was happening. I spoke to Michael Bornhoeft who told me to send pictures and he would take care of it and would keep me in the loop. Again I heard nothing. I reached out to him again and he apologized for not getting back to me. He scheduled the flashing repair for January 11th and said he’d get back to me about the window repair. I never heard back. I called back again asking for a manager. I spoke to Matt Hahn, and explained everything. He is the only one that has been involved in actually trying to rectify the issues. He came to the house to see what the problems with the windows were and confirmed the repair date for the flashing. It turns out the QC person never got the repairs documented. I find it very frustrating when a company is so diligent when they want the business and want to get paid but when issues arise no one responds! THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS! “i was bullied into getting ALL my gutters done even though the front of house and back of house addition gutters were capped and working well. i had to fight like hell to have just the work done that I wanted. The old siding and gutter removal went well. The day of siding installation the 2 workers on the job spoke no English. They used the shingle roof of my addition to stand on to perform part of the job and caused degranulation and scuffing of the shingles. I was told by sales person that this would not happen , that they would work from a scaffolding or some such thing, They did not. At completion of the shingle job, the workers shut my garage door leaving big boxes and piles of materials in my garage, and left without a word. I had to call Power twice to have them come remove the extra building materials so I could put my car away. The clean up after the siding job was poor. I picked up 40 nails from the sidewalks, driveway, street. A visitor to my house got a flat tire before I realized that there were still many nails to pick up. Two weeks to the day later, a huge gust of wind blew up the edge of my flat roof of which I suspect the drip edge was loosened by the guys who installed the new gutters across the back. This new roof cost me an additional $14,300 and insurance is willing to pay less than half of that unnecessary cost . The one good thing I can say about the job is ...it looks nice, and the job manager who was there the first day during old siding removal was so nice and helpful. I wish I knew his name so he could get credit for it.”

“It was the worse home improvement experience I’ve ever had, I had five different men from your company here at one point or another and not once did any of them tell me the lineals would be revealed and raw, I had to have the installers cover them. I live alone and I have a two story house. It would cost me to have a contractor come out and scrap and caulk and paint thirteen windows after already paying 13 k for windows that I was told would be completely done in one day. I feel I was taken advantage of and misled. Also the windows were measured wrong and the installer’s came put two windows in and took one out and put the old one back in and left. I had two windows unfinished on the outside for two weeks until new windows were ordered and I had to move everything again to have them come at a later date. The first salesman said I’d have them by thanksgiving. So for two weeks my house looked a mess from the outside. And then your company doesn’t want to honor the warranty for leaks. I paid on time without issue, I didn’t get a discount as promised by Brandon when I had to wait for new windows, instead I got a runaround about how I should of known about unfinished windows. I’m not in the window business.”

Then the fact that I have three of them. Two of them work. They didn't break it, but one of them is missing the frame. “1. I made it clear to the salesman that I wanted the largest replacement window possible. My home is very dark. My home had large pieces of wood that transition from the window to the walls of the house. These wood filler pieces were excessively large (1 1/2"). I asked that it be reduced to 3/4". In the Middle room the bulkhead was increased to 2 x 4. With that there was still a 1" gap at the top of the window (I have a picture.) The Salesman and another Power employee measured the windows. I seemed to me that leftover windows from other jobs were use on my house. 2. The back room had a water leak my entire life. Yes, I grew up in this house. When the men removed the window, I looked at the wood and it was COMPLETELY rotted and termite eaten. "I" pull out most of the wood, leaving a piece at the base of the window, I asked the men to remove it, while I went to Lowe's to get AZAK plastic wood. I ask them to replace the rotted wood with the AZAK. They did NOT! they replaced it with 2x4's. If any eggs were left behind, the termites will continue to eat this new wood. 3. A piece of flashing located above the back window was lifted by the workers. They just left it sticking up and out. I call Power and they sent the workers back to fix it, HOWEVER, they made it worse by putting a big hole in the flashing. I want the flashing on the back of my house to be fixed by an experienced flashing contractor. 3. Only one man spoke some English, there for I could not communicate to any of the workers. 4. The back and front of the house was left a mess with a lot of glass, wood and expandable foam left all over the ground and fig tree. I have to small dogs that could have been injured by the glass. As the men packed up in the dark, I was asked to sign some form that I could not read. 5. Earl Symore came to the house to see if I was satisfied with the install. However, he did not listen to the above complaints, he did a HARD SALE for new projects, I agreed to an attic insulation install to get rid of him. When I cancelled the projects, he came back to my house. I felt PRESSURE reinstate the projects. 6. I'm disappointed, I have a second home at the shore that needs windows desperately and I was hoping that Power would be able to do that project. But I'm not impressed.”
