Alim who was our sales representative, was very helpful in helping us decide the right plan to the specific design we ended up choosing. He helped us understand the whole process and answered all of our questions in person and over the phone. RJW is a great company to work with and they completed a clean installation. “The sales, office staff and project manager were great. The workers that did the job did some damage which was taken care of but should not have happened. RJW took care of all of the issues but if they had just taken a little care in prepping the area there wouldn't have been a problem.”

“Rjw was my first bid on the project, and while their costs seemed high, the level of work my home needed justified all the recommendations improvements and expenses. The sale team was courteous and listened to my needs but the install team where the real rock stars. Guys where fast, worked hard, and took good care of my property for what I knew was going to be a hard job. Even the few little mishaps were addressed quickly by the Project Manager and made right to my satisfaction. Very satisfied with the work product and the huge update to my home.”

“I myself found out about RJW Exteriors from a woman who also lives in Panther Valley. She is on Next Door Neighbor website, same as I am. A few years ago she asked for recommendations for a sliding glass door. When I was ready to replace mine, I called her to ask who she got. Someone recommended RJW to her, and she gave me the the name RJW. Her name is Monique Bryant, 50 Green Heron, Hackettstown, NJ 07840-3330.”

“Overall I am satisfied with the final results, however I didn’t receive the “white glove” service as promoted. The team did amazing work on the roof removal and new replacement. One important note, RJW Exteriors price point is above par.”
