We’ve been working with Shiner Exteriors for over 5 years now, and they have consistently provided outstanding service. Most recently, they completed our roof repair and roof replacement, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Bill was our main point of contact, and he was always responsive, professional, and extremely detailed in explaining the work being completed. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us updated throughout the project, and made sure everything was handled properly. The workmanship and quality exceeded our expectations, and the crew was punctual, respectful, and efficient. It’s rare to find a company that is both reliable and honest, but Shiner Exteriors has earned our trust over the years. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or exterior work!

Shiner Exteriors completed a complete roof replacement for us, to include a pitched roof and flat roof component as well. I am very pleased with the result and the quality of work that Shiner did. They exceeded my expectations in terms of communication and follow thru, on a somewhat complicated job. I am particularly impressed that Kevin Shiner took such a hands on roll to communicate with us, to include several on site visits to make sure things were going as planned. I enjoyed working with Kevin and Bill, the original estimator for the job. Would highly recommend them.

We just had a partial roof replacement which included replacing a skylight. The crew headed by Cris did an excellent job. They were prompt, polite, and efficient on a hot day. We will be glad to recommend Shiner to our neighbors.

Shiner repaired part of my roof with new shingles & installed new gutter guards. I was very happy with the services provided as well as the new shingles & gutter guards. They are reliable, price conscious, and skilled people. I had used shiner over the years from roof replacement to roof repair to new sliding glass doors to gutter guards. Competent, trusted, and valued for the products & services.

We used Shiner to redo all of our siding and replaced it with Hardie plank. They were great to work with and left the job site super clean everyday. Ryan is probably the best sales person I've ever worked with! He truly cared about getting the job done right and was always available to answer all my questions. I would 100% use them again, thank you!
