“The quality of work was good, but my install was never finished. 2 of my windows are still missing balancers so I can’t keep them open. Also, they never call to schedule appointments. Other than the first install date, I was never informed of when they were coming to install the last window. I just happened to look at the power app and saw a date scheduled which I wouldn’t even be home for so I had to call and get it switched. I also mentioned several times about which days are good for me and they kept scheduling stuff on days that weren’t good for me.”

“First of all promised date of project completely disregarded. Contract on 11/7 with 2 to 4 weeks for completion, then mid December, then changed to January 7, then the 20th. Install went fairly smoothly. Complained about sharp fragile edge of molding on bay window and was told someone from quality assurance would come to inspect but no one has called or come to inspect yet. There are also some gaps on one nearby molding. The double hung windows were caulked a little too much on inside.”
