“They’re great, as long as they don’t rush. (A lot of contractors do this and mess up on details, which can make or break a project.) I was a little disappointed with some details I didn’t notice until months after they finished. Namely, cracks in caulking, a gap in a window screen corner, a small tear in a screen door and poorly repaired drywall at the top of one window frame. That being said, the windows and balcony door work well, provide quiet, conserve energy and look really nice. What they sold me was definitely appropriate for a condo and my budget. I recommend them….just watch for details.”

“Working with the company to nail down requirements was a breeze and the project manager's knowledge/competence/forthright nature really gave us the confidence to move forward with them. The only issue we encountered was with the installation subcontractors. It was clear that they were rushing the job to finish in one day, even though it was estimated to be a 1-2 day install. I guess I can understand, after all time is money, but this resulted in some issues. There was some slightly damaged (cracked) window frames and caulking issues. Once I pointed this out to the company, they came back out to repair/replace everything and made it right, but I have to think that if they weren't rushing, these mistakes would not have been made.”
