Exterior trim and siding paint estimate

I would like my living room painted. The room is approximately 15’x21’ and the ceiling is 2 stories high. Any cracks will need to be repaired and the walls and ceiling painted. The trim doesn’t need to be painted and no door painted. All furniture will be removed by the home owner.

House exterior with minor wood repair, deck staining, and epoxy finish on the garage floor. The house is two stories and brick on three sides, but the back is shingled. Also, the chimney and trim need to be painted.
