“I used to work in AC, so I know what happens in the industry. I had a very minor problem, and the tech came over and said I needed an entire new system for $15,000. I had someone else come, and they did honest work, and it cost about $200. That's why I would never use Fox Service Company again. Whoever came was a fraud. We know who they are in the industry and he needs to be removed from the company. I never participate in studies or comments, but this was insanely egregious and this person needs to be stopped.”

“I had a very bad experience. I booked the appointment and they didn't tell me it would be for them to just come look at it. They charged me $50, told me I needed a lot of things I didn't need, and left the a/c unit disassembled when they left my house. it all was very unprofessional.”
