“The work was good and efficient and hopefully the product is excellent. I did not like the high pressure tactics of the sales force and their total disregard for what I wanted. They made promises that their pitches would be brief. In fact, I was asked if I could be left with an estimate that would take a few minutes. That "brief" estimate turned into about 6 hours. The salesman would not leave until I bought something. I do not like to buy that way. The second representative came by in the guise of evaluating the work done, but was also pushing a sale. They must have a lot of cancellations because I had to pay before the work was done. That's not good business in my opinion. I'm sure it is a good company because they spent hours telling it was, but it left me with a very resentful attitude.”
