“The salesman did not convey the proper information about the trim to be used or that the amount of shiplap to be used would be less than adequate. The questions and problems I had with the workmanship were not addressed until I was ready to contact the higher up. They did not seem to care about the shotty job that was done. The cost of the siding job for a 1600 sq. ft. home was $25,000. It should have been near perfect for that price.”

“It's a challenge because of the pandemic, and supply issues. There needs to be leniency on the rating. The salesman, Mike McDonald, was amazing. He came out to the house, and did measurements. The followup with April, and the sales manager, was not good at all. The installation was fantastic, and the quality of the door. There is a gap with customer service, and customer engagement.”
