“I thought they did a really good job. My doors look great.”

“I think they are good quality and they do good work. The initial sales visit, however, was unnecessarily long. About 5 hours! I almost didn’t get the windows because of this.”

“There were some things that happened that made it difficult to put the shades back up that we had. There wasn't anything to screw them into above the window, so I had to use very long screws and had to do it at such an angle that made it difficult to put them back up. That was not discuss that with us. The shades get mounted above the window within the frame. They did a lot of cutting and I am not sure if they cut part of the wood headers out, but there was ot anything to screw them into.”

“We believe in the products and quality of work, but so far have not been shown a 5-star experience. We love our gutters, but there was a lot that went wrong from a complete lack of communication and the treatment of our home. Garbage (scraps, screws, metal shaving, and plastic bags were left). We spent several hours picking up trash. We have discussed this QA, Install Manager, etc. and they apologized and let us know that this is not typical and they would see to it that our experience would be 5 star, for any future projects. We decided to give Power a second chance and will be getting Radiant Barrier and all new windows installed.”

“I had some issues, and that is why I gave Power Home Remodeling three stars.”

“I used PHRG for my windows, gutters and front door and they were wonderful. The product was good, the installation was good and they seemed professional. I recently had the roof and back door done too along with attic insulation. The people who installed the back door were very professional. The attic insulation people were cool too. Unfortunately the roof is where there are issues. The roof over the chimney is not good, but to be fair these roofers were here ALL DAY so it's possible they were tired. No big deal, after the shingles settled, the rest of the roof looked good. But I also don't know that the intake vent I paid for was installed. I see zero evidence that it was. I've been in contact with PHRG about this, they came out to take a look and address other concerns I had that may have been due to lack of understanding on my part. But they said they'd have the roofing crew out to fix the roof on the chimney and that they'd ask the roofer for photos of the intake vent because they allegedly always take pictures of that. The roofers did not show up at the appointed time. I emailed back and got no response. I called and was told they'd send someone out the next day and they'd get the photos uploaded. Neither happened. I tried to call again and no one answered the phone. I called corporate and they said they'd have the local office get a crew out and get the photos. Nothing. Also, they uploaded a blank image file titled as a signed document that the roof was done satisfactorily. I have not signed any document for that because I'm still trying to get this issue resolved. They took my money anyway which I think is technically theft. Don't get me wrong, I want to pay them for their work, but they haven't finished the job yet. So PHRG is really dropping the ball here. They're ignoring me. They may have stolen my money. I just want to know if the vent is installed or not and get everything fixed accordingly. I fully intended to use PHRG for siding and solar but now I don't think I really can. Very shortsighted on their part to neglect a long time repeat customer.”
